Do I have to order online?

At this time the Wall Certificate Service only accepts on-line orders.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard).

How long will it take to process my order?

All orders take 2-4 weeks to process.

How will my order be shipped?

The Wall Certificate Service uses FedEx for Domestic and International shipping.

Do you offer international shipping to all countries?

Due to FedEx shipping restrictions, we are not able to ship products to certain countries. During checkout you will receive an error message from FedEx if they can not ship to your area.

International Import Duties

International shipping charge does not include applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. If the destination country imposes import duties and/or taxes, the customer is responsible for their payment. Please contact your customs bureau or local postal service for more information.

What about Sales Tax?

All orders with a billing address in the State of Tennessee will be subject to 9.25% state sales tax.

Can I choose the size of the certificate?

The certificate size and specifications are pre-determined by your licensing or certifying agency.
