The Puerto Rico Board of Accountancy requires each new licensee to register a stamp and signature with the Department of State before issuing a certificate/license.

To process your order, we require that you upload the following at time of placing your order:

  • A current valid government issued identification with a photo, for verification purposes (JPG)
  • A photocopy of your current stamp/seal (JPG)
  • A photocopy of your signature (JPG)
Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order.

Verification of your stamp and signature registration will automatically be sent to the Puerto Rico Board of Accountancy via U.S. Postal Service.

A copy of the registration will also be sent to the address that is indicated on the order form.

Licensees requesting express shipping services are required to pay additional shipping costs and duties at checkout.
